If you have a new tess Loyalty Card, your data are already in the system. To retreive them, please click on the Login link in the navigation bar at the top right.
On the Registration page, click on the link: Do you have a new tess Loyalty Card? and insert the email that you furnished new tess, then click on RESET PASSWORD.
You will receive an email that will allow you to create a password and recover all your information.
If you are a new tess customer but don’t have a Loyalty Card, please contact our Customer Service.

Once on the registration/login page, you can easily login using your Facebook, Google, Linkedin or Yahoo social profile or you can insert your email and create a password in the registration form.
You will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you entered. To complete registration click on the link in the email to confirm registration.

- Our confirmation email is still on the way to your mailbox, please wait a few minutes more.
- The verification email was sent directly to your Spam Folder.
- You may have misspelled your email address while signing up.
To resolve this issue please try the following:
- Check your spam folder for any email that you may have received from newtess.it (in some cases, please check your filters or “Trash Folder” as well.)
- Re-enter your email address and re-send the verification email if it is not in your spam folder.
- Try registering with a different email address.
If this issue is not resolved after all these steps, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance.

Enter the email address with which you registered, then click on ‘RESET PASSWORD’ button: you will receive an email that will allow you to create a new password.
To avoid having to log in each time, click on the ‘REMEMBER ME’ checkbox at the bottom of the Login form.
If you are having trouble logging into your shop.newtess.com account, please check the following:
- Make sure caps lock is off (passwords are case sensitive) and you are not inadvertently adding a black space before or after your password.
- Make sure you registered to our website and not to our newsletter.
- If you registered to shop.newtess.com via Social Login, you need to click on the same Social button to login.
- If you registered with an email and password, try resetting your password using our Password Reset form.
- If you’re still having trouble, clear any automatically stored cookie for this domain using your browser setting.
