On 1 January 2023, the mandatory labelling of packaging became effective. The Ministry of the Environment issued Guidelines for correct environmental labelling, and Ministerial Decree No. 360 of 28 September 2022 was published in the Official Journal on 21 November 2022.
The Guidelines emphasise the possibility of adopting digital channels for the transmission of required information for all packaging. New Tess has created a QR Code, applied to the packaging, which links to this dedicated page of the website, where all the types of packaging used by the company and the relevant disposal and/or reuse methods (to be checked with your municipality) are listed.
