This fabric is beautiful. It is nearly black but if you look closely you can see some blue. If you are looking for more of a blue color, then I would go with Notte. The fabric stretches well and is high quality. I had a dress with a cape made from this fabric and it is beautiful. My only wish is that New Tess had a matching stretch lining that wasn’t so expensive. Once I have the dress, I will post a picture on Instagram and tag New Tess.
