Fall / Winter 2018-2019 Colour Trends: Bright Fuchsia

The bright and vivid fuchsia pink is a preeminent fall 2018 color trendd it’s still one of the favorite hues with designers.

Fuchsia is a “pink that knows how to dare”.
It is a bold color that can make our outfits intriguing and unique.
It can be exuberant if worn from head to toe, or can make an unconventional “bon-ton” look if paired with neutral shades such as white, grey and black.

The hit of the fall winter 2018/2019 season is, however, undoubtedly the fuchsia-red combo. An unusual combination, a few years ago absolutely forbidden, but now completely successful. The result? An energetic, eccentric and undoubtedly “cool” look. We saw it on many runways, such us
Christian Siriano,

Moschino, Tory Burch, Ulla Johnson and more chose this colour for a “total look”, as an alternative to the classic black or grey.
Balenciaga combined fuchsia with bright patterns for an extremely girly but refined look, while Alexander Wang and Alexander McQueen used it in combination with black.
Valentino, Oscar de la Renta, Jason Wu and Cushnie et Ochs enhanced its elegant and romantic soul, featuring evening dresses in satin, silk and tulle.
